POPIA Act
NPC do not hold or process any personal data for or on behalf of Number Operators or Subscribers to our services, apart from information regarding Contracts and contact information necessary to process financial or contractual relationships, or for problem resolution in the normal course of business as defined in the POPIA act.
Our Porting process only hold numbers or MSISDN numbers, Block Holder codes and servicing Number Operator codes in the porting system and process flows.
We hold no other identifying information in our systems.
Our systems are defined in terms of the Porting regulations.
We undertake to abide by the POPIA Act in the protection of Privacy of our clients and suppliers.
